USA Athletic All Levels Hatha/Vinyasa

This class is appropriate for those with or without experience in the asana branch of yoga. We will focus on learning the fundamentals of alignment, before linking the postures for a flow. This class will lengthen and strengthen your body and mind with the use of yoga postures, breath work and meditation practices
