Mindful Flow classes link postures in a creative, fun and flowing way to keep you moving while encouraging students to focus their attention inward. Mindful Flow focuses completely on vinyasa (breath synchronized movement), alignment as you enter and exit the poses, and staying present with each moment of your practice with the use of meditation and visualization.
