This is a multilevel alignment based vinyasa and meditation class, meaning we use the power of the breath to guide the practice from one movement to the next while taking time to align the pose safely, suitable for those with or without knowledge of yoga. This midday class is designed to awaken the body and mind, preparing you for the day and week ahead by honoring the physical body and relaxing the mind through movement (asana), breath (pranayama), and meditation (relaxed yet focused mental state).
