This is an all levels vinyasa class, meaning we use the power of the breath to guide the practice from one movement to the next, suitable for those with any knowledge of yoga. This early morning hour long class is designed to awaken the body and mind, preparing you for the day and week ahead by honoring the physical body and relaxing the mind through movement (asana), breath (pranayama), and meditation (relaxed yet focused mental state).
