Join Sarah Lindgren in the practice of Yoga Nidra on the last Monday of each month at Just Be Yoga Studio in downtown Naperville Illinois.

Enjoy an evening to yourself and unplug from the demands of the daily life with Yoga Nidra, some times called yogic sleep. 

This practice systematically moves you from the waking state of consciousness where you experience an active thinking mind to a quiet state of mind experiencing a  fewer thoughts and a deeply serene awareness.
