This is a vinyasa style class appropriate for all levels of practitioner wishing to strengthen their practice. Vinyasa is a breath based practice, using the inhalation and exhalation to facilitate the movement of the body. This afternoon class is designed to encourage energy levels throughout the day using an active practice that includes a variety of classical postures as well as challenging inversions, arm balances and backbending options.
